TAQWEA platform always seeks to maintain the privacy of your personal data, and we are complying with the provisions of the Data Protection and the right to Privacy Laws regarding the protection of your personal data, and we have formulated this "Privacy Policy" to show you the nature of the data collected about you, and the purposes for which this data is used, so please read this policy carefully. This policy “Privacy Policy” shall apply to “TAQWEA” platform and all the services provided through it and all the services or the other applications belonging to us and which participate with us in providing the services and it shall form an integral part of terms and conditions.

The term data refers to all the data relating to the users of TAQWEA platform, which includes their name, address, contact details and any other data that identify the user as well as other data related to the user's activities through the platform and data related to the devices used in the process of accessing the platform.

 

(1) Personal data we collect

1. We collect the data provided by the user to register his account on the platform which includes (the first name, the last name, the email).

2. Data that you provide by filling in forms on the platform. This includes information provided at the time of registration or at the time of posting material or requesting further services.

3. The data added by the user to his personal file and the content published by him via the platform.

4. The content of the services provided by the tutors to the students including all the information, data, videos, recorders, messages and digital products.

5. The date of the electronic payment of the student and the data of the tutor necessary for receiving his financial dues.

6. The data you provide us with when you report a problem in the platform.

7. The data you provide us with when you communicate with us or the customer service for any reason.

8. The data you provide us with when you evaluate the services you received via the platform.

9. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by TAQWEA platform.

10. The user shall grant us a non-exclusive, unlimited and irrevocable license to use his personal information submitted by him in the registration form online for the purposes of providing services, updating them or notifying him of matters connected with providing the services of the platform.

(2) Content

1. The tutor and student provide us with the content of messages, videos, recorders and comments through the platform at his personal responsibility.

2. The user provides us with the content of the messages he sends to the platform to inquire about the content of the services.

3. We collect the data you provide to us to report on comments or problems that violate the terms and policies of TAQWEA platform.

(3) Data of Contact

1. The tutor and student provide us with his number and his contact details when he contacts us through the platform, whether via the platform, email or phone.

2. We allow the user to communicate with the platform, in this case the user provides us with the following information (name, email, subject of the message, content of the message).

3. We collect the data you provide to us while communicating with us to inquire about any of our services or to encounter the problems that facing your use of the platform.

(4) Data that are collected automatically

TAQWEA platform collects some data for the users, which does not identify the user or its contact data, and is automatically collected, which includes, for example (data of the devices used in contacts, time of contact, its duration, the location of contact, IP address, pages visited, advertisement categories that the user target).

TAQWEA platform adopts the cookies technology, which are small files stored within the hard disk of your computer. When you visit specific web pages from our platform, the cookies identify your browser through a unique and random number without disclosing any personal information about you. The cookies help us to improve your experience of using the platform and finding out which sections have the largest share of visit from our platform.

2. Terms and conditions of third parties or merchants may be applied to the user, and these are not subject to our control and therefore the user must access to and agree on these policies before benefiting from the services or products provided by the third parties or merchants.

1. We collect data to register your account on the platform, so that you can use our services and the various features we offer.

2. We collect the data to enable the student to communicate with the tutor, subscribe at the service, and to enable tutors to view services through "TAQWEA" platform, pricing them and view the motivational content through TAQWEA platform.

6. We collect the data to enable the tutor to access to the services available for subscribing through TAQWEA platform, and to submit subscription requests and electronic payment through TAQWEA platform.

4. We collect the data to process cancellation requests you provide through the platform. We collect data to decide the complaints submitted by the student and this includes having access to the content of the provided service and all the correspondence done between the student and the tutor.

5. We collect data to enable the student to charge his credit in the wallet and to enable the tutor to receive his dues.

6. We collect your data to enable you to add comments through the platform.

7. We collect your data for the purposes of documenting the contact details you have provided us with, and verifying your possession of them.

8. We collect your data to enable you to assess the services you get through the platform.

9. We collect your data to enable you to contact us and provide replies to inquiries you have provided to us through the platform.

10. We collect your data to individualize the content and the advertisements for you through the platform.

11. We collect your data to nominate the advertisements and the products that we believe are of interest to you.

2. We disclose your data to comply with the provisions of the law and, to execute the judicial decisions and the decisions of the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

3. We disclose your data to implement our terms, conditions and any other agreement between you and the platform.

4. We may disclose your data to our co-providers as electronic payment providers for the purposes of verifying the validity of these transactions.

(9) Integrity of The Data

You know that the Internet is not a 100% safe and secure mean, so TAQWEA platform databases may be hacked into even though we have taken proper data protection procedures. From the perspective of our respect for your right to protect your data TAQWEA platform will notify you within 3 days of the time we know about the hacking.

2. The user shall be entitled to communicate with us at any time to inquire the data we have collected about him and he shall be entitled to apply for correcting, updating, deleting or modifying this data.

(10) Non- disclosure Agreement

1. The users (tutor, student) shall be bound to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of their personal data and they declare and shall be personally liable that the disclosure by any of them of the personal data to the other party is without any intervention by us and he shall be liable for that and we shall not incur any liability.

2. The users (tutor, student) shall be bound not to disclose any personal data through the use of messages within the platform and they shall be personally liable for any disclosure of this kind.

3. The users (tutor, student) shall be bound to maintain the confidentiality of all the data connected with the details of the transactions via the platform and not to use it in whichever form and the users (tutor, student) shall be legally liable and liable in contract for any illegal use or not permitted in relation to this data.

4. The users (tutor, student) shall be bound to abstain from disclosing any data connected with the operating of the platform to third parties whether for free or not.

5. The user (tutor, student) declares that you avoid the following of any means that helps the collection of data about the other users including e-mails, the mobile numbers and their other means of telecommunications.

(11) Emails and Notifications

Your registration and use of TAQWEA platform shall be deemed to be an agreement on receiving e-mails promoting our services, products and notices of the site and its policy and in case you don’t wish to do so, you can suspend the reception of these messages through correspondence with us. In this case we don’t ensure that you will enjoy our services fully.

(12) Updates

1. We shall be entitled to modify our privacy policy at any time and we shall publish a general notice of the new modifications via TAQWEA platform. Also, we shall update “Last Updated” at the top of this document.

2. We will send a public notification via our registered email explaining the link to the new amendments. And your continued use of the TAQWEA platform after the amendments of this policy is considered as an express consent of you on these amendments, so please review this policy constantly.
